Qigong, combines slow graceful movements with mental concentration and breathing to increase strength, balance and coordination which enhances the immune system and reduces physical and mental stress. It is gentle and precise, making it accessible to any willing student, even those who are physically limited. This class is not suitable

In this class we will develop a Hatha yoga practice using body, breath, and mind regulations.
Proper training enhances mental clarity and increases strength, flexibility, balance,
