Qigong, combines slow graceful movements
with mental concentration and
breathing to increase strength, balance
and coordination which enhances the
immune system and reduces physical
and mental stress. It is gentle and precise,
making it accessible to any willing
student, even those who are physically
limited. This class is not suitable for
those who are chronically ill. Leslie

Now Yoga (daytime) #089801
In this class we will develop a Hatha
yoga practice using body, breath and
mind regulations. Proper training enhances
mental clarity at the same time,
increases strength, flexibility, balance
and coordination. Class is appropriate
for active and fit older students interested
in developing wellness. Class not suitable
for those who are chronically ill.
